...war das ein Wochenende :)
Auch wenn die Ballonfahrtgeburtstagsüberraschung für den Liebsten aufgrund der schlechten Wetterverhältnisse am Samstagmorgen nicht geklappt hat, war es doch ein Wochenende das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden...
...what a weekend we had :)

Ich bin leider nicht dazu gekommen Bilder von den (Cup)Cakes zu machen (ich erspare euch die Einzelheiten über die Schwarzwälderkirschtorte, die ich schon eine Woche vorher bestellt hatte, weil sie sich der Liebste so gewünscht hat und die ich dann fast vergessen hatte abzuholen...) aber OMG...ich muß das Rezept des Cheesecakes mit euch teilen, welchen ich gemacht habe...ihr müsst ihn probieren, da führt einfach kein Weg dran vorbei...er ist auf jeder Party ein voller Erfolg...vermeidet es aber, den Teig zu probieren...es kann passieren, das ihr die ganze Schüssel auslecken wollt ;)
Ich konnte das Rezept online nicht finden, daher hier eine Kopie aus einem meiner Lieblingsprogramme...YummySoup! Ich habe es mir mal vor einer Weile gekauft, um ganz einfach meine ganzen Onlinerezepte beisammen zu haben und weil es viel cooler als ein richtiges Kochbuch ist :P
I unfortunately didn´t get around to take any pictures of the (cup)cakes (I spare you with the details that I almost forgot to pick up the blackforestcake that the boyfriend had wished for explicitly, that I had ordered a week before...) but OMG...I have to post the recipe of the cheesecake I made...you gotta try it, there´s no way around...it´s the hit at every party I bring it to...beware to try the batter though...you might find yourself wanting to lick out the whole bowl ;)
I couldn´t find the recipe online, so I copied the one that I have in one of my favourite programs...YummySoup! I bought it a while ago to easily collect all my online recipes and because it´s so much cooler than a real cookbook :P

Wir haben diesmal bei einem Freund gefeiert, der ein großer Zugfan ist und selber ein Gartenfeldbahnprojekt betreibt. (mehrmals im Jahr lädt er Jung und Alt zu kleinen Festen und Veranstaltungen ein...wenn ihr in der Nähe seid, schaut auf jeden Fall vorbei!)
Einfach unbezahlbar, wie er uns da so durch die Gegend fuhr und es war wirklich ein großer Hit...nicht nur für die Kleinen, wenn ich mich recht an die Mondscheinfahrt erinnere ;)

We celebrated at a friend´s, who is very much into everything train and has little ones and whole traintracks and a trainstation himself. (several times a year he does little events and you can ride in his little trains for free...very worth visiting!)
He generously drove us around in them and they were such a big hit...not only for the little ones, if I remember the moonlightdrive correctly ;)

Ooooh und das leckere Buffet, das wir bestellt hatten...wenn ich doch nur noch ein wenig Platz in meinem Bauch gehabt hätte, um von allem zu kosten...da war noch sooooviel mehr...

Ich hab nichtmal Bilder vom Feuerwerk (oh war das ein Kampf mit den Behörden, bevor sie dieses genehmigten...), weil ich doch für die richtige Musik dabei verantwortlich war...ich sag nur, das ich die Musikwahl zum Feuerwerk vorher anzweifelte (ich hab nur zum Liebsten gesagt "...naja, du bist doch aber nicht Henry Maske auf dem Weg in seinen letzten Kampf..." HA), aber am Ende war es die perfekte Wahl zu einem perfekten Ende einer perfekten Party...wie ich finde :)
I did not even take pictures of the fireworks (oh what a fight with the authorities we had to actually be able to do it...), because I was responsible for the music to go along with it...let´s just say I doubted it was the best choice of music beforehand (I even said to the boyfriend "...hey, you´re not Henry Maske going for his very last fight..." HA), but in the end it was just perfect and the perfect end to a perfect party...as I think :)
